This Tumblr is known as a peekaboo because you glitter a base below then add vinyl and paint on top.on top of the paint I have a mixture of pearl and galaxy mica to give the shimmer effect it’s quite a nice effect on top of the beautiful teal glitter. It’s one of my favorites…
