      * Payment must be complete prior to beginning the creation of your custom cup.
      * The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
      * Tumblers take between 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to complete. Please order early.
      * Tumblers are delivered with specific care instructions and it is essential that these instructions are followed for the long life of your product.
      * I certify that I own the rights to any files that I share for use on a product.
